Unpairing existing Trackable
This page describes the pairing process of a Trackable to Tag via RTLS Studio pairing app.
- We highly recommend using a standard barcode scanner (market available readers with USB cord) for any RTLS Studio Pairing App operations
- Unpairing can also be done via "Manage" section
Step 1.: Click on the "Unpair" section of the app. Following input window should appear. This window requires either Tag MAC address or Trackable as an input:
- If the Tag MAC address or Trackable is not registered in the RTLS Studio, the unpairing process will fail.
Step 2.: After successfully inserting the Tag MAC address or Trackable in the Step 1, Pairing App will automatically unpair the Trackable and notify the user with a following screen:
