2nd Difference

The 2nd difference parameter shows synchronization stability from Master to neighbor Anchors. It is calculated from successive synchronization timestamps sent from master anchor and received by neighbor Anchors. Good synchronization is below value 1, while values above 2 indicate more imprecise synchronization and thus anchors are excluded from position calculation by default.

When to check Sync Stability?

  • After the initialization when you set new master
  • Whenever you set a new master

Steps how to check Sync Stability tab you can find in Synchronization Stability.
