The firmware is available through Sewio Partner Portal in section Tag Technology:

The package contains FW version code and Device Firmware Update (DFU). Both are supplied as projects for IDE EmBitz v1.11.

When you download the firmware source code files, you can find documentation as Doxygen HTML format available (/docu/index.html).
