Device Care Setting
By Device Care Setting you can define thresholds and manage the alerts.
Metric Setting
The default setting is shown in the picture below:
Select required metrics to be alerted by email and included in reports. By default, all metrics are selected.
Threshold description for each metric is in the table below:
Parameter | Default Threshold | Description |

Online Anchors | 5 | If the number of online anchors is below the threshold an alert is sent and it is included in a report. The threshold should be changed when the RTLS System deployment is finished and the number of anchors is fixed. |
Localization Cell | BAD | An alert is sent and it is included in a report in one of two cases:

Uptime | < 600 s | When the uptime of the server is below 600 seconds an alert is sent and it is included in a report. |
CPU Load | > 90 % | If the CPU load is higher than 90% an alert is sent and it is included in a report. |
Free HDD | < 2 GB | If the HDD space is lower than 2 GB an alert is sent and included in a report. |
Free RAM | < 1 GB | If the RAM availability is lower than 1 GB an alert is sent and it is included in a report. |
API Latency | > 500ms | API latency higher than 500ms is alerted and reported. |
Positions Latency | > 500ms | Position latency higher than 500ms is alerted and reported. |
Service Restarts | > 0 | If there are 1 or more service restarts an alert is sent and it is included in a report.

Tag Batteries | LOW BATTERY | An alert is sent and it is included in a report in this case:
The actual percentage depends on the type of the tag and its battery → Coin or Li-on/Li-pol. Find more details about batteries on page Tag Battery Value. |

Notification Setting
Add the email address of each person who should receive alerts and reports, based on the metric settings you defined above. The reports could be received weekly or monthly.
