A user can have two types of reports available on myRTLS Cloud → Fully Monthly Reports and Customized Reports via Email.
The main difference between those reports is that Full Monthly Reports are complete and fixed. The email reports could be customized in the Device Care Setting and include only data related to alerts.
Below you can find more details of individual reports:
Full Monthly Reports
At the bottom of the Device Care Dashboard, you can find a list of Monthly Reports. Each report for the given month includes a complete overview of your RTLS system. You can download the report by the Download button.
The description for all graphs and lists, that you can see in the report, you can find on page Device Care History. The used graphs and lists for both sections are identical.
Customized Reports via Email
In addition to Monthly reports in the dashboard, Customized reports can be received by email. The email reports could be received weekly or monthly. Also, compared to Full Monthly Reports the main difference is that email reports include alerting data only.
Receiving reports and Reporting Frequency
You can subscribe to receiving reports by adding your email address to Notification setting on Device Care Setting page. You can also select if you would like to receive the email reports weekly or monthly.
Email Report Customization
Specify the metrics that you would like to have in your report by checking the checkboxes in the section Metric Settings on Device Care Setting page. By default, all metrics are included in the report.
